What looks good on the Beach in 2007.
Brown is the new black for the season. Fresh new combinations of color with brown create some very fresh and unusual combinations. Brown and turquoise for a bohemian flair, brown and coral for a west coast, funky flavor.
Belts hoops and bellychains add bling to the classic Solid bikini.
halte-tops in triangle styling are both comfortable and functional. Wear them as a bikini top or with your favorite jeans…everyone is doing it!
This is the year of the bondeau top! “What is old is new” has never been more true. Bare shoulders and a sexy silhouette have been redefined with large accent rings and trims. Bandeau tankinis are also a hit on the beach. Fashion started the trend with the hanky and shark bite hem-lines… illwear has translated this craze into the hottest swimwear.
Prints, prints, prints. Clean, crisp colors on a white background bring freshness to otherwise typical swimwear color combinations. tropical prints are always a favorite, but for 2006 stripes and dots... and skins are predominant in the marketplace.

Remember how we were the first to clue you into “unseasonably bright” colors for fall? Well guess what! Designers say the new must haves for summer are earth tones, olive greens and browns. Add deep red shades to that, from wine to magenta. Our advice? These colors look fabulous as bottoms, especially when paired with neutrals. But don’t think for a moment that the fashionists have turned their backs on the brighter palette. White is hot! It looks fabulous with all the new spring bling. “Chalky bright” shades of yellow, coral, orange, and turquoise will be too important to miss. And you still want pink, be it in shades ranging from coral to fuchsia. You heard it here first.

Bling…embellished glamour
Sequins, rhinestones, and paillettes will be shining in the sun. Look for them on tops, jeans, pants, skirts, dresses… everything! Other cool embellishments are studs, nail heads, bugle beads, and more. Embroidery is everywhere…and it’s bigger & bolder than ever. Find it especially on pockets, and down the entire leg of some of the dressiest looking jeans of the season.
Dresses…go as bare as you dare
The scene is all about spaghetti straps, tubes, single-shoulder, and backless treatments. Sharkbites and tulip hems are definitely hot. So are lots of tiers—or even better—tiers with ruffles. Late breaking: Halter-tops are even sexier when they’re attached at the center skirt waist!
Skirts…show ‘em a little ankle Longer is better—from 19 to 21 inches, and some all the way down to the ankle! Lace trim and Indian prints are all the rage. Jersey knits are the next big thing.
Jeans…it’s time for some tough love The worn look is what to wear! It’s all about destroy & repair treatments, like scrunching, crunching, abrasions, patches, and even paint splatters. Lighter washes join the fray. Legs are wider. Look for drawstring cuffs. And be the first to know: Cargo pockets are the coolest things on your capri pants!

Get summer ready... Follow this five step plan, to look as hot as possible in this year's newest swimwear styles!!!
Step 1 - Put on a bikini and look at yourself in the mirror. Write down what you would like to change about your body and imagine how you would feel after those changes. Take a mental picture of how you look in the mirror remembering the changes you want to make, and make a promise to yourself to commit to making those changes.
Step 2 - Start exercising. If you haven’t worked out in a while, start slowly and gradually build up your time and intensity so that you don’t become discouraged and quit. Make yourself a schedule of where and when you want to work out. In general, you should work up to 25-35 minute cardio sessions 3-5 times a week, and 25-35 minutes of resistance/toning sessions 2-3 times a week. Workout sessions may vary week to week.
Step 3 - Keep a journal or notebook of everything you eat and drink, along with the calories associated with those items. Knowing how many calories you are taking in makes it much easier to adjust if you hit a plateau while trying to lose body fat. Don’t be obsessive when keeping track of these calories or you will drive yourself crazy.
Step 4 - Stay committed to yourself. Remind yourself of your mental picture of how you look and how you want to look. Keep a list of your goals on your refrigerator, desk, and bathroom mirror. If no progress is being made, you may want to gradually increase your workout sessions or time or try to tighten up your calories.
Step 5 - Realize you are the only one in control of your body. Don’t let other people sabotage your efforts. If you miss a workout, tomorrow is a new day. If you are tempted to eat too much or eat junk food, ask yourself if what you’re eating is going to help you get the body you want. Remember, it is okay to “cheat” once in a while.
Your simple, new habits will be the magic that helps you get
